Christmas 2004 here in the Ivener household was one that was both very special but also rather sad. Cindy had passed
away just a few days before and the family was still reeling from the loss. During the course of the day our thoughts
often turned to her and the family having to cope with her loss.
Our bright spot was that a very dear friend of ours from England was going to be in America from 23rd to the 25th and
he asked if he could come and stay with us - we wouldn't have had it any other way. I have known Graeme for 15 years
now and Todd and Graeme hit it off the moment they met. They are similar in many ways, which is probably why they are
both so special to me.
Graeme had his handy-dandy digital camera with him and managed to take some photos as I was too busy videoing everything
for Todd's family in Phoenix so they could see the excitement and joy on the faces of everyone as they opened their presents.
It was also a special Christmas for us as Timothy was back with us. He was thrilled with his presents and made
the comment that he was glad to be home with his family.
We all hope that you had a great Christmas, surrounded by the ones that you love. Our hearts go out to those that
have loved ones deployed overseas, or have lost loved ones. Also, our thoughts are with the thousands that have suffered
with they tsunami and the destruction and death it has caused.
All the best for 2005 and I hope to have some more photos to add later on! Take care and thanks again for coming
back and checking with my site!
